An avid traveler enjoys spending time with veterinarians, pet lovers and breeders to understand needs of the industry & translating their suggestions/ideas into new products. Parashuram Mangnaik is an Agriculture graduate with Masters in Management. He brings in over a decade of management experience having worked in diversified industries from Information Technology, Retail to Healthcare. Part of the founding team, he has ever since managed multiple aspects of the business including public relations, business and strategy development. He is an avid traveler with exposure to local and international markets. He is instrumental in creating strategic alliances and overall administration of the organization.

Bhagya with more than 15 years of accounting and administrative experience. She has worked at renowned companies focusing on delivering accounting and documentation services. She holds a Master's degree in Accountancy.

Ajit Shetty had a very exciting and fulfilling career culminating as the Chairman of Janssen Pharmaceutica Belgium as well as the Corporate VP for the Enterprise Supply Chain of Johnson & Johnson, the world’s largest healthcare company.Ajit has held various functional responsibilities and was a major team player in helping to build the Janssen global network of companies as well as establishing the platform for Janssen USA.Dr. Shetty was responsible for in-licensing Durogesic, the first transdermal pain medication, which became the fourth largest J&J product in 2008. Dr. Shetty has been the Chairperson of VIB BV since September 2016 and as its Director since 2012. He has been a Director of Agile Therapeutics, Inc. since February 24, 2016. He has been an Independent Director of reMYNDnv since May 2012. He serves as a Director of Soudal Holding NV. Dr. Shetty serves as a Trustee of Carnegie Mellon University. He is also a member of the Corporate Advisory Board for the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University (USA). He has served on the corporate Advisory Board of the Board of Governors for GS1 (Global Standards), the Board of MCB Forum as Chairman and the Supervisory Board of Cilag GMBH in Switzerland. In recognition of his unique services as a business leader, Dr. Shetty was awarded the Right Honourable Sir and Title of Baron by King Albert II of Belgium in 2008 and the Life-Time Achievement Award by India in 2010. He was elected Manager of the Year 2004 by the magazine Trends and Kanaal Z. He earned a Ph.D. in Metallurgy and B.A. Natural Sciences from Trinity College, Cambridge University and a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

Dr.MakJawadekar was formerly a Director, Portfolio Management & Analytics, Pfizer, Inc. at Groton-New London, CT. In the recent past, he was responsible for Benchmarking R & D Portfolio for Pfizer, working with Benchmarking Forums (CMR/KMR), Drug Delivery Technology Assessment function involving external 'Drug Delivery' technologies. He has extensive experience in creating and cultivating external partnerships and alliances for drug delivery technologies for Pfizer Global R & D. He managed several functions/groups within Pharmaceutical R&D for many years. In the recent past, he had been also been engaged in creating new alliances, JVs, partnerships and M& A of companies with Pharmaceutical manufacturing, R & D activities with external partners/service providers. He also serves on the prestigious global "Judging Panel"/ Executive Review Board instituted by IBC/ InformaPharma Group for their Annual Pharmaceutical Annual Achievement Awards, as well as European Outsourcing Awards by Via-Media Ltd.He currently serves as a member on the Editorial boards for 'Bio/Pharmaceutical Outsourcing Report' as well as for "Contract Pharma" a monthly publication. He also is on the Editorial Advisory Board for monthly publication namely, "Pharmaceutical Technology Europe".

Dr Pradip is scientist and entrepreneur with proven ability to translate knowledge and creativity into profitable products and services. He has significant experience in successful development and commercialization of products for pharmaceutical, consumer health care, animal health, and specialty chemicals markets. Dr Pradip was formerly a Director,at Merck, Chevron, and Lonza includes business planning, innovation management, technology licensing, designing and directing high throughput discovery systems, and developing novel delivery systems for biologically active compounds. He founded Accelerand LLC (in 2001) as an independent research and business development consultancy. This business has been profitable since inception. Relationships with nearly all client companies have been ongoing for more than five years. He is having extensive track record in working closely with senior managers and R&D scientists of both small and large companies, and contributing to their core business processes and business results through improvement of innovation rate, analyzing competitive and regulatory activity, participating in strategic planning, leveraging personal networks to identify business development opportunities. He is serving as an external member of the management and scientific advisory boards of businesses within a major multinational corporation.
